Agents answer with your products, not from memory.

Price and stock live where you handle the chat. The AI has them in view when it writes; you see them on the products screen and on Home if they are about to run out.

The Conext catalog is what the agent looks at when a customer asks for a size or a price. It is not a PDF on the side or a separate sheet.

A catalog that gets used, not a PDF on the side.

Each product has a name, a price, and stock. They group into folders so you are not staring at a flat list of a hundred items. You search, edit, delete, always after a confirmation. Inventory value is computed from what is already loaded; there is no parallel number that goes stale.

That same list goes into the model’s instruction. When a customer asks “do you have the black one in M?”, the answer comes from here, not from a generic prompt that invents sizes.

Low stock looks the same everywhere.

Zero units is out of stock. Ten or fewer is low. The threshold is the same in Products and in the Home alerts: an item cannot be critical on one screen and fine on the other.

The product catalog does not change across plans. Commercial limits apply to connected channels, AI conversations, active agents, and training sources.

In practice

  1. 1

    You add the product

Name, price, stock, folder. That is what the agent will quote.

  2. 2

    The question arrives

The model sees the catalog with the message and answers with those numbers.

  3. 3

    You update stock

The next reply already uses the new figure. So do the Home alerts.

If the catalog is stale, the AI will say the stale thing. That is why it lives in the CRM, not in a separate sheet.
