Conext is a CRM for small businesses that brings WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger messages into one inbox. AI agents send what is safe or leave a draft ready: the last word is still yours. It runs on the official Meta API, not WhatsApp Web or unofficial apps.
No. The CRM brings WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger, if your Page has it, into the same inbox. WhatsApp comes in through the official WhatsApp Business API; Instagram and Messenger, through the business Facebook Page.
No. You can use the one you already have, with one catch: a number connected to the API cannot also be in the WhatsApp app on a phone. If you handle it by hand from the phone today and you are not ready to cut that yet, the easy path is to start with a spare number and move the main one when you are comfortable.
That is what draft mode is for: the agent writes but does not send until you approve. That is the way to start for the first weeks, until you see how it replies to real customers. When it handles a topic well, you turn on auto-send for that agent only and leave the rest waiting.
The message arrives like any other from your business, and the agent replies in the tone you set. On the inside we do log who answered each one, so you can review any thread later.
